What's your shipping policy?

Currently I only ship within Canada. Orders are packed 1-2 business days after they’re placed. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! You’ll get free shipping Canada wide on all orders over $75.

Why don't you have a local pick up option?

As my business grows, I can no longer deliver your packages personally. With the different sizes of mailboxes out there, coordination of schedules and inclement weather (I don’t want your tea to freeze or package to get soggy!) I no longer offer this service. BUT – I do offer local market pickup at every market I attend. I regularly post what markets I’ll be at on my Instagram page.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Please note all purchases are final sale. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of my products. 

Are your products made without dairy, soy or gluten?

Yes! All of my loose leaf teas and matcha infused hot chocolates are made without dairy, soy or gluten. However please be aware of the risk of cross-contamination as I blend and package my products in a facility that comes in contact with dairy, soy and gluten.

How are you environmentally friendly?

I take my commitment to reduce Plan de Vida’s impact on the environment seriously. I use recycled packaging whenever possible. Plus I avoid using over-the-top packaging and inserts. All matcha hot chocolate tins are recyclable and reusable, so you can refill or repurpose them to suit your needs! At all markets and events, I use compostable serve ware and provide my own compostable bin. 

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! I am happy to create a custom blend for you, your event or business.  I can customize your packaging and labels too. Please note that on custom blends, you must order a minimum of 500g. Please reach out to hello@plandevida.ca with your order request.
