Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns on tea. All tea is a final sale, including custom tea favours or gifts.

All sale items, promotional products and products/services purchased with with a discount code/coupon are final sale.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return all unused items in their original packaging for a full refund, less your shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@plandevida.ca to process your return. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Plan de Vida before your refund can be processed.

We cannot accept any returns for used or opened items, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

At this time, shipping is only available within Canada and the United States.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

We cannot guarantee the delivery time or the shipping costs of your order, as all orders are fulfilled by UPS.

Payments & Privacy Policy

At this time, we only accept payment in Canadian funds.

We utilize both Square and Paypal to process your payments. All of your personal information is stored on Stripe’s and Paypal’s server, and is not shared with us or any third party. We do not track, store or use any of your information.

For all custom tea favours and drop off + full service tea bar a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the date of your event. Our services are payable via invoice.

Full Service Tea Bar Policy
For all full service tea bar packages a table must be provided. A suitable table/counter must be supplied in a temperature controlled room, away from direct sunlight. We do not provide tables and one must be provided upon our arrival to set up your full service tea bar.

Please note we require 1-2 hours to set up, style, and arrange your full service tea bar. Please allow for one hour post-event for clean up and take down of full service tea bars.
