Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns on tea. All tea is a final sale. This includes all tea favours.

All sale items, promotional products and products/services purchased with with a discount code/coupon are final sale.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return all unused items in their original packaging for a full refund, less your shipping costs. Please contact us at plandevida.co@gmail.com to process your return. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Plan de Vida before your refund can be processed.

We cannot accept any returns for used or opened items, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

At this time, shipping is only available within Canada.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

We offer free local delivery within Kingston, Ontario. Please include the times/dates you are available to receive your delivery in the special delivery notes section of your order, and we will reach out to you to find a mutually agreed upon time. We require 12 hours notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your local delivery. All items sent back after the original delivery attempt will be subject to a $10 local delivery fee.

Our platter for two including all additional add-on’s are eligible for free local delivery on Friday and Saturday only. Platter for two deliveries will be delivered after 7:30pm on Fridays, and after 12:00pm on Saturdays. We require 12 hours notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your local delivery. All items sent back after the original delivery attempt will be subject to a $10 local delivery fee.

We cannot guarantee the delivery time or the shipping costs of your order, as all orders are fulfilled by Canada Post.

Payments & Privacy Policy

At this time, we only accept payment in Canadian funds.

We utilize both Stripe and Paypal to process your payments. All of your personal information is stored on Stripe’s and Paypal’s server, and is not shared with us or any third party. We do not track, store or use any of your information.

For all custom tea favours, platters, drop off + full service tea bar, and grazing tables a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the date of your event. Our services are payable via invoice.

We accept cash upon delivery for local deliveries within Kingston, Ontario only. We can only accept the exact amount in Canadian dollars as we do not carry change and require a full payment in cash upon delivery. We require 12 hours notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your local delivery. All items sent back after the original delivery attempt will be subject to a $10 local delivery fee.

Full Service Tea Bar, Platters & Grazing Tables Policy
For all full service tea bar and grazing table packages a table must be provided. A suitable table/counter must be supplied in a temperature controlled room, away from direct sunlight. We do not provide tables and one must be provided upon our arrival to set up your grazing table or full service tea bar.

We keep all food cool during preparation and in transit to your event, food can be left on the grazing table/platter boxes for up to 3 hours, then must be disposed of. Please consume your platter box and grazing table within one hour of delivery.

Please note we require 1-3 hours to set up, style, and arrange your grazing table and/or full service tea bar. Please allow for one hour post-event for clean up and take down of all full service tea bars and grazing tables.
